Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Uplync CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
- No Transfer for Advertising: We never transfer, disclose, or sell Google user data to third parties, advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
- No Human Inspection: We do not allow humans to read user data obtained via Google APIs unless we have obtained your affirmative agreement for specific technical support, it is necessary for security investigations, or required by law.
- No AI Model Training: Google Workspace user data (such as emails, spreadsheet rows, calendar entries, and voice logs) is never used to train or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you directly provide to us, as well as data automatically generated through your use of the CRM:
A. Account & Profile Information
When you register a workspace or user account, we collect your name, business email address, company name, industry, team size, telephone number, and encrypted authentication credentials (or Google OAuth user ID).
B. CRM Business Data
Customer relationship records created by your organization, including prospect leads, contact details, deal stages and financial values, company profiles, tasks, notes, and activity logs.
C. Google Workspace API Data (Strict Least Privilege)
With your explicit OAuth consent under Google's Principle of Least Privilege:
• Google Sheets (spreadsheets): Reading and writing CRM spreadsheet records (Leads, Deals, Activities, Companies).
• Google Calendar (calendar.events): Scheduling sales demos, reading event times, and attaching Google Meet video conferencing links.
• Note: Broad scopes such as full Google Drive or broad calendar administration have been strictly deleted and omitted.
D. Twilio Telephony & Carrier Data
Twilio phone numbers, carrier outbound/inbound call metadata, timestamps, call durations, Twilio Call SIDs, outcome tags (e.g. Connected, Left Voicemail, Meeting Booked), and representative call notes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly to deliver, operate, and secure the Uplync CRM platform services, specifically to:
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access control (Super Admin, Customer Admin, Sales Manager, Sales Rep).
- Automate two-way synchronization between your CRM workspace and your connected Google Sheet.
- Send client communications, transactional notifications, and verification OTP codes via configured IMAP/SMTP or Gmail mailboxes.
- Facilitate click-to-dial outbound calling and structured call outcome logging with Twilio carrier services.
- Compute pipeline metrics, sales velocity analytics, quota utilization, and revenue forecasts.
- Enforce tenant quotas, security safeguards, and multi-tenant data isolation.

You maintain full ownership of your data at all times. You have the right to:
- Export Your Data: Export all leads, deals, contacts, and activities to CSV or directly to your connected Google Sheet.
- Revoke Google Access: You can revoke Uplync CRM's access to your Google Account at any time via Google Account Permissions.
- Request Account Deletion: You or your workspace administrator may request immediate, permanent deletion of your organization's records, user credentials, and configurations by contacting our support team.
5. Children's Privacy
Uplync CRM is an enterprise business-to-business software suite and is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect platform enhancements or changes in regulatory standards. We will notify active administrators via in-app banner or email if material modifications are enacted.
